Partnership Agreement between Storm Defence and Nammo for the Development and Production of Accessories for the M72 anti-tank weapon.

STORM Defence and Gouvernment is proud to announce a new partnership agreement with Nammo, to develop and produce specialized accessories for the M72 anti-tank weapon This agreement represents a significant step in STORM’s focus on weapon accessories and weapon integrations within the defense sector. The range of products includes vehicle integrations, mount ing brackets, transport cases, and carrying systems, which will become part of Nammo’s customer offerings.

Andreas Rist, co-founder and co-owner of STORM Defence and Gouvernment emphasized the importance of this agreement:
               – With an increasing demand for M72 vehicle integration, our partnership with Nammo represents a unique opportunity. Our expertise in weapon integrations, including projects with the JSM and F35 fighter jets, positions us to meet this challenge. We look forward to leveraging the potential in this collaboration, given Nammo’s solid customer base and the expected volume of solutions in the coming years. Nammo sells a considerable number of M72s annually, and has seen a significant increase in sales over recent years. This largely due to demand from NATO countries for donations to Ukraine to support them in their defense against Russian aggression, and the build-up of own stocks. The M72’s long history, from the Vietnam war underscores the weapon’s continued relevance and effectiveness in battle.

               – The M72 has proven its value over decades and is a vital tool for our defense customers – especially in light of the war in Ukraine. The collaboration with Storm Defence is crucial for our customers. It enables the development of innovative mounting solutions that will improve the usability and transportation of these weapons. This partnership agreement also ensures that new accessory products will be thoroughly tested and qualified according to the strictest standards before being offered as part of Nammo’s product range. Furthermore, the collaboration will include joint marketing of the products, where Storm Defence will be represented through Nammo at key international defense fairs.
